We are pleased to extend an invitation to the 2022 NCFA Forensics Camp hosted by CSU Sacramento.  The camp will take place on Saturday, September 10th and focus on IPDA, NPDA and NFA-LD style debate as well as the full range of AFA / NFA individual events. This year we are continuing with a format that we hope will make the camp beneficial to both our rookie and more seasoned competitors alike.  The debate side of the event will consist of lectures and labs in the morning with a 2 round mock tournament in the afternoon.The individual event side of the event will include a full day of lectures and workshops.

Like previous years it is our plan to offer advanced lectures in the morning for your more experienced debaters.  It is our hope this will increase participation by seasoned debaters who will then participate on judging panels in the afternoon. The advanced sessions will be general to all forms of debate and will focus on topics requested by the debaters. The Individual Events side of the camp will hold sessions for returning students hoping to get feedback on current events.

All formats of debate will be governed by their respective national rules of debating. Ballots will also be available electronically immediately after the event. Disclosure and discussion is encouraged, but please stay aware of the schedule when giving novice debaters feedback and don’t forget to return your ballots!
