TOURNAMENT INVITE: Google Doc - 22' PCC Watson Lancer Tournament Invite  

 

HELLO EVERYONE!

On behalf of the PCC Forensics team and staff, we would like to invite you and your team to the 47th annual Watson-Lancer Invitational. This tournament, held at Pasadena City College on October 29-30, will offer each of the Phi Rho Pi Individual Events, Parliamentary Debate, and IPDA. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you in October!

 

KEY POINTS:

·      Entry Deadline: All schools must be entered into forensicstournament.net by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 25. You can still make changes to your entry online until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, October 26.

·      Electronic Ballots: Electronic balloting will be used for IPDA, NPDA, and IEs.  Judges are required to have a phone, tablet, or laptop capable of receiving emails to qualify as judges.  Please bring a charger.  When signing up judges on forensicstournament.net, please be sure to supply a telephone number and email address for each judge.

·      Parking: You may park in the student structure on the corner of Hill and Del Mar. BUY A DAILY PARKING PERMIT for $2. Parking in the lot off Bonnie is no longer allowed to visitors.

·      Directions: Pasadena City College's address is 1570 E. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena, CA 91106. From the 210 freeway, exit Hill Ave and proceed south to Colorado Blvd.

·      Food: There will be a well-stocked snack table throughout the weekend in the judges’ lounge and we will provide lunch for the judges. In addition, not far from campus is “Old Town,” a great place to explore and eat. Many of the restaurants are perfect for team dinners!
