<p> Hello All - hopefully if we register early than we can figure out any potential problems that might result from such a small tournament.</p> <p> <br /> All IEs are Open only (except for SPAR which is run during the Congress time) BUT we will break out prizes for Novice at the end in the IEs.&nbsp; I have set up Open and Novice divisions in Congress and Debate - I&#39;m not sure how that will work numberwise. </p>
