Dear BP Community,
PLU leaders have spent the last few weeks learning about the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19, and preparing for how it might affect our campus. As of this writing, there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 at PLU. We continue to receive guidance from local, state and national health organizations that the risks of contracting the virus for healthy individuals remains low.
However, out of an abundance of caution, PLU students have switched to distance-learning until March 30, and all campus events and performances have been cancelled between March 8 and March 29. This includes the USU Western National Debating Championship Tournament and the Womxn Round Robin scheduled March 20-23, 2020.
The Western Coaches are in the process of exploring the viability of virtual alternatives. Please stay tuned.
