<p>This is a CBSR league tournament hosted by Yucaipa High School. We will offer Open Parli, Open PuFo (February topic!) and open Congress. There will also be a Presiding Officer contest. Schools must provide one qualified judge for every 6 Congress entries (or fraction thereof). Schools must provide one qualified judge for every 2 debate teams (or fraction thereof.)</p>
