<p>This is a CBSR League tournament. Open and Novice divisions will be offered in Congress, Public Forum and Parli. The PuFo topic will be the Sept/Oct topic.</p>
<p>Email potential Parli topics to johneichman2@hotmail.com. Otherwise, they will all come from the twisted little mind of the Tournament Director.</p>

<p>There will also be a Halloween Costume Contest for the competitors. Categories are: Best Teamed Costume, Best Speech/Debate Costume, Scariest Costume.</p>
