Status: Tournament Completed

Dear AA Coach:

You are cordially invited to the Butte High School "The Future Speaks Here" Speech and Debate icebreaker tournament on November 1, 2014. Registrations are due to forensicstournament.net by Tuesday, October 28 at 4PM. Changes to your roster are accepted until 12PM on Thursday, October 30. Please email me any drops after that time. Adds might be allowed but not if it adds a section. A registration fee of $5.00 for each student and event will be charged. Drops/adds the day of the tournament will result in a $20.00 surcharge. Registration packets will be sent electronically during the evening of October 30. Please check my work and notify me of changes. We will bill your school for the registration fees. We ask that schools please include email so we can notify you of registration status immediately.

Entries will be limited to 30, with no more than 4 per event (no Legi offered). Please notify us of all coaches who will be attending along with their tabbing preferences. Please include that in the judges tab. Coaches who are not given tab assignments will be placed in the judge pool.

MHSA rules will apply. All events will be computer tabbed. Events will be self-timed. Please make sure all your students have their own timers. Please instruct your PFD teams to fill in the judges' ballots to avoid confusion of sides and teams.

Concessions will not be offered so make sure kids pack a lunch or have your team order in food. Noodles and Wraps is across the parking lot. Pork Chop Johns is a block north of the school. Subway is a few blocks away. Lunch break is roughly from 11:30 to 1:00. Rounds are at 8:30, 10:30, 1:00, and 3:00.

If you have any questions, concerns or ideas, please email me at mcculloughrb@butte.k12.mt.us or call me at 406-533-2173 between 2:00 and 2:55PM or leave a voicemail. My cell is 491-0855.
