Our space is limited, so register early! Registration may be capped for space. We will not

Be allowing double entry, sorry guys. I am a small school!

CLASSIC THEATRE: Please note the registration software does not allow more than two participants. Register each CT entry with two participants. If your CT entries have more than two, please send a separate email to me with the names of all  participants! Example: Jane, Liz, and Kitty are one entry. Register Jane and Liz on the website, in your email to me list Jane, Liz and Kitty so I know the names of all participants for each entry. (Obviously include last names!) (totally stole this from Big Timer ;) )

Entry fees will be $5.00 per entry. ($10.00 for Policy, H/D Duo, Classic Theatre) If a student is double entered, they will be charged for both entries. Fees may be paid on tournament day, or will be invoiced with proper PO documentation.

Rules/Topics:

We will be using the 2018-2019 MHSA rule book, including the 2018-2019 tie-breakers for B/C events.

We will be using the Jan LD Debate topic. (This is stated on the schedule that it changes the weekend before my meet)

Schedule:

Rounds

Round 1: 8:30am

Round 2: 10:30am

Round 3: 12 pm

Finals: 3:00pm

Extemp Draw / Debate will be 30 minutes prior.

Our meet is spread out through Belfry. It is literally a two minute walk to get to each spot. I will have maps for coaches and students. Most of the events will be happening at the main campus. I am sorry for having to spread everything out. I will try to keep all rounds in similar places so that students don’t get confused.

Concessions:

The Multi Purpose room in the Elementary will be were students will be able to purchase concessions. We will have a lunch ticket option available for students as well.  Standard concession options (hot dogs, hamburgers, chili, candy, soda, popcorn, etc.). Additional offerings will be available for sale in the mornings in both schools. (Muffins, juice, etc.)

The students common room will be the Gym, in between the two schools.

Complimentary food and drink will be available for judges, coaches, bus drivers in both schools throughout the day.
