Impromptu Format: 7 minutes running clock.

Elementary Platform format: Speech time 5 to 10 minutes. 

Visual Aids will not be allowed for this tournament. We will require 1 judge for every 5 competitors. A fee of $100 will be applied to teams that do not provide the required amount of judges for their team.

Registration will close on March 22nd at 7:00PM and fees will be frozen at this time. Any changes after registration closes will result in a $25 fee.
