<p>This is the fourth annual UW Tacoma Winter Invitational and every year we have increased in numbers.&nbsp; Perhaps it is our schedule which doesn&#39;t really start until 9:30 and has awards at 5:30.&nbsp; We are a NIETOC qualifier in oratory, DI, HI, and Duo.&nbsp; Additionally we are the only tournament to offer Spin (Spontaneous Interpretation).&nbsp; So come to our tournament on the beautiful UW Tacoma campus and have a great time.</p> <p>Hotel: The Holiday Inn Express and Suites is located ON CAMPUS.&nbsp; Please call 877-859-5095 if you want to make reservations.&nbsp; The address is 102 S.
