On behalf of the Northern California Forensics Association and the Skyline and Las Positas College Speech and Debate Team, you are cordially invited to attend the 2023 Spring Fling Tournament, taking place Saturday, April 29th. This is an in person tournament. Please note this is a rookie/novice-only tournament and coaches should use discretion when selecting students who are beginners in a given event.

As a reminder to our wonderful judges, the judging orientation is mandatory to ensure that you are prepared and setup to judge our students. The meeting will be in Building 12, Room 130 at 8:30 on Saturday.

Event Fees:

School fee: $25.00

Individual event slot: $1.00

NFA-LD teams are $1.00 / debater

IPDA Debate teams are $1.00 / debater

Parli Debate teams are $1.00 / team

Uncovered individual event slot: $25.00 (+ slot fee)

Uncovered debate slot: $50.00 (+ slot fee)

Each drop after 5:00 PM (PT) April 27th is $6.00 for IE, $10.00 for LD and $15.00 for Debate

Parking

Parking is free and no permit is required in student lots only. Please park in Lot G in student parking spaces demarcated with white lines, between building 8 and 12. Parking in "staff" spots (yellow lines) can result in a ticket. You can access the campus map here.
