Students should compete in the division/age group they will&nbsp;be entering into this fall.<br /> <br /> - All Congress topics have been changed to resolutions (all topics are the same, but they are no longer bills).</p> <p>***********</p> <p>We are pleased to announce our summer tournament event: The Sunshine In My Pocket 2. This tournament will resemble our past tournaments, offering both traditional speech and debate events along with new non-traditional events. We will have four age groups:&nbsp;Little Orators (grades K-3rd), Elementary School (grades 3-5), Middle School (grades 6-8), and High School (grades 9-12).&nbsp;</p> <p>We are taking notes from our friends at the Orator&#39;s Cup and building in a judges assignment time period into our schedule to ensure a smoother and more on-time tournament.&nbsp;</p> <p>The theme of this tournament will be Inclusion: &quot;Creating a World Where Everyone Belongs.&quot;&nbsp;</p> <p>Please fully read the event rules and discriptions.&nbsp;</p>
