Take 76 east. School will be on your left (across from the Home Depot). <o:p>From the 15: Go north. Take the 76 west. School will be on your right.</o:p> DO NOT USE MAPQUEST - YOU WILL GET LOST. If you use any other mapping technology, it's better to search the school name, rather than the street address for the school.  <o:p></o:p> When:                Saturday, November 5, 2010<o:p></o:p>  <o:p></o:p> Events:              Pattern A: OO, OA, HI, TI, Duo and Congress                            Pattern B: NX, IX, Imp, Expos, DI, OI, OPP  <o:p></o:p> Entry Limitations: Competition is limited to Novice competitors. A Novice speaker is one who has not competed in speech or debate events in previous years. Each competitor may enter up to four events but may not enter more than two events in a single pattern. Those competing in Congress or extemp may not enter another event in that pattern. Schools with students competing in Congress must have submitted a minimum of three (3) Congress bills (returning teams only). <o:p></o:p> There will also be a PO contest, which is limited to Varsity speakers with experience competing in Congress. Note – if there are fewer than 5 entries in IX or NX, the events will be collapsed into one. If there are fewer than 5 entries in OO or OA, the events will be collapsed into one.<o:p></o:p>  <o:p></o:p> Judges: Each school is required to bring 1 judge per 7 entries (or part thereof). Schools with not enough judges will be required to drop entries to match their available judges. Required number of judges must be present throughout the entire tournament. Varsity speakers may judge - 3rd and 4th year speakers are preferred.<o:p></o:p>  <o:p></o:p> Entry Fees: $10.00 per I.E. entry, $20 for duo. Make checks payable to SDIVSL. Fees are due at registration.<o:p></o:p>  <o:p></o:p> Entry Deadline: Entries must be posted on www.forensicstournament.net by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31. No new teams or students may add after the entry deadline. The only changes allowed after the entry deadline is dropping entries (see below) <o:p></o:p> Drops: Dropped entries will be accepted without charge until Wednesday, November 2 at 3:30 p.m. After that time, the website will be closed and entry fees will be final. Please email or call in (760-586-4811) your drops after the drop deadline, even as late as on your way to the tournament, to obviate excessive changes at the beginning of the tournament.
