<p> An invitation is forthcoming but here are the debate topics for the second league tournament at Ribet Academy:<br /> <br /> Policy: Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its transportation infrastructure investment in the United States.<br /> LD: Resolved: The United States ought to guarantee universal health care for its citizens.<br /> PF: Resolved: The United States should prioritize tax increases over spending cuts.<br /> <br /> The invitation schedule will be preliminary.&nbsp; We will adapt the schedule based upon the number of entries in each event.<br /> <br /> Registration will close on Thursday, January 17.&nbsp; At that time, coaches must email entries to be placed on the waiting list.&nbsp; Entries and changes after Wednesday, January 23 will likely not be accepted.<br /> <br /> Entries will be dropped for any school who has not paid its league dues by Friday, January 25.&nbsp; If you have not done so, please mail/make checks payable to:<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; SCJFL<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 200 N.
