Many have already asked about this so I want to clarify:

Electronic Flowing will not be allowed in NPDA/IPDA debate unless a specific ADA accomodation has been requested and granted.
During the era of online tournaments, PSCFA passed a rule stating:
"In accordance with NPDA Bylaws; Electronic/laptop flowing by debaters in a round is also acceptable. This excludes cutting and pasting previously prepared material as well as flowing done by anyone not in the round on a shared spreadsheet. As with the previous interpretations, this is only for the coming season (2020-2022)."
However, that rule has sunsetted so there is no allowance in PSCFA for that practice to continue.
