<p>Colleagues,<br /> Bellevue College with the gracious support of Lower Columbia College is proud to announce the Phi Rho&nbsp;<br /> Pi Regional Tournament, January 18 and 19, 2013 hosted at Bellevue College 3000 Landerholm Circle&nbsp;<br /> SE Bellevue Washington. This tournament draws programs from the Northwest enrolled at two-year&nbsp;<br /> institutions. Come and enjoy excellent competition on the beautiful Bellevue campus.<br /> Bellevue College is hosting the tournament with Denise Vaughan, Director of Forensics at Bellevue&nbsp;<br /> College as the Tournament Director. Most&nbsp;<br /> events will have Novice and Open divisions. Students will place and receive awards.
