1. Buses

-Buses should drop on on the Clark Street side of the Union. The central hangout location will be in the Union Atrium both upstairs and downstairs. There should be PLENTY of space. 

Once the buses drop off they should park behind the Multipurpose building in lot 33. Anyone driving their vehicle should park in the visitor parking lot across from the Union on Clark Street. 

 

2. Email Verification. 

-Please make sure to include a phone number for ALL students and have them verify through the email or text message they receive. IF A STUDENT DOES NOT HAVE AN EMAIL OR PHONE THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE POSTINGS. We will post physical copies in the union but some of the buildings are a 3-5 minute walk and it will streamline the start of rounds if we can post virtually. 

 

3. School codes. 

-Once pairing is done tomorrow you will receive a list of competitor school codes for all of your students. Their code should be the same as we assign a code per competitor NOT per event. 

 

4.  Concessions 

We will have a concession stand with some pizza, snacks, and drinks but there are also vending machines on campus that take cards. Provided both via this email and on the FTN, which students have access to, there is a list of food locations on and off campus. We do have a lot of delivery options in the town. Located in the Martin Building in room Martin 132 diagonal to hospitality.

 

5. Hospitality 

The hospitality room can be located in the Martin 127 suite.

Saturday-Tacos (Gluten-free and Veggie options)

Drinks and snacks for as long as we have them and we HAVE them. 

*Try to keep this in the Martin building if you can. We will get fined if the people in the Union see you with food not provided by our University...gross. I know. 

 

6. Arrival on Friday/Saturday

Please try not to arrive before 2:00 p.m. if possible. We don't have bus traffic but we only have full access to the space at 2:00 p.m. Have students set up anywhere but rooms with doors.
