<p><strong>It&#39;s our 5th Annual Novice Scrimmage!!!!!</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>CUTTOFF FOR REGISTRATION WILL BE WEDNESDAY, APRIL&nbsp;6, NOON PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME. PLEASE REMEMBER, EACH SCHOOL NEEDS TO PROVIDE AT LEAST 1 RESPONSIBLE ADULT FOR THE DURATION OF THE TOURNAMENT.</strong></p> <p>Interlake&#39;s Annual Novice Scrimmage will be held on April 9, this year. Middle Schoolers, High Schoolers with NO trophies or who have only competed in a couple of tournaments this year are all welcome to compete. If you have more experience? Discover what it&#39;s like to JUDGE!</p> <p>Each team (that&#39;s all the kids from a single school) will need at least 1 &quot;responsible adult&quot; on site (each school district defines that differently) - we&#39;re going to have enough to do just keeping track of the tournament! We promise to feed our judges :&gt;.</p> <p><strong>Please note: Your team NEEDS to be on site for the 8am &quot;How To&quot; rounds - they will either be learning or helping us demo to others. This is part of the tournement, please DON&#39;T plan to skip it.</strong></p> <p><strong>Congress</strong>&nbsp; will be using specific bills from the WIAA Spring Packet that will be posted soon. Interlake Congress Teams and other Congress Teams will make their<strong>&nbsp;</strong>research on these bills available to schools who register to compete in Congress at this tournament. Research will be available after March 12, 2016. There will be over an hour of training!</p> <ul> <li><strong>Policy</strong> doesn&#39;t get a lunch break, but DOES get great feedback each round!
