<p>Welcome to the Federal Way Invitational Tournament hosted at Decatur High School. We are a TOC bid in Lincoln Douglas Debate and a NIETOC bid in speech. Because of the number of schools that come to this tournament we do have to limit entries to 6 debate, 6 congress, and 20 IE. If there is room we will allow a second squad. Please double check your entries as it will be really difficult to have adds.</p>
