We are so excited to see everyone at Grossmont College tomorrow. I wanted to send out a few friendly reminders:

1. We will be supplying pizza for all competitors tomorrow during lunchtime.

2. All ballots for the tournament will be digital, but I will be stationed at the traditional "ballot table" in Griffin Gate to answer questions and run the digital help room. Address for the digital help room is https://8x8.vc/helproomdahlin2022. The digital help room will be open all day, and the address will be printed on each of the ballots.

3. We are VERY tight on judges, so please bring all your judges. If you know anyone who wants to get hired, please let us know.

4. Please park in Lot 7 and avoid any staff spots.

Dear Colleagues,

The Palomar College Forensics Team is proud to announce the Ray Dahlin Invitational. This Individual Events and IPDA open-division tournament will be held Friday, November 11, at Grossmont College.

The Ray Dahlin Invitational will offer:

·      Two preliminary rounds of IE competition breaking to final rounds in the early evening.

·      Four rounds of IPDA with two elims to run concurrently with IE’s.

·      A swing tournament opportunity in conjunction with the Griffin Invitational to be held Saturday and Sunday.

·      An assortment of food for the judges and lunch provided for the students.

·      Sweepstakes trophies for the top three 4-year and 2-year schools. All finalists will receive awards. We will not be offering a novice division.

·      The “Patrick Mills” limited prep speaker award will be given to the top speaker in short prep.

·      Top IPDA award will be presented to the top speaker in IPDA.

We look forward to seeing you at the Ray Dahlin Invitational.
