Welcome to the Carroll College Tournament of Champions. We strive to provide a classy, well-judged tournament for high school debaters from any school eager to attend. Our own debaters serve as judges, as well as others from the Carroll and Helena communities. We are dedicated to providing your students a tournament worthy of all their hard work and practice.
