Welcome to the home page of the 2019 Dale Carnegie Swing Speech & Debate Tournament hosted on the campus of the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO on Sunday, October 20th. We will offer outstanding competition in all 11 AFA-NIET recognized events and Open, Junior, and Novice Divisions of NFA_LD debate on a one-day schedule.
