Welcome to the home page for the 2023 Concordia Eagle Public Forum Series #2 tournament hosted by Concordia University Irvine on Dec 8, 2023 for Various students.

In conjunction with the HMDC Forensics Team, Concordia University Irvine's Forensics Team is pleased to welcome you to the first tournament in the Concordia Public Forum Series! The tournament will be held online on Friday, December 8th, 2023.
This tournament is entirely free!
Please submit entries by 8:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, December 6th, 2023.
Three rounds of Public Forum debate will be offered for debaters in High School, Middle School, and Elementary School divisions. Teams winning all 3 debates will receive Superior certificates, teams earning 2 wins will receive Excellence certificates. Additionally, the top 5 speakers in each division will receive an award.
Teams will debate the November/December 2023 topic: Resolved: The United States federal government should forgive all federal student loan debt
