<p> This is the League Championships/State Qualifier Tournament for the Citrus Belt Speech Region. It is open to all league schools that have paid both their league and CHSSA dues.</p> <p> There are no pattern restrictions. Students may enter any TWO events. There is a school limit of 12 entries per event.</p> <p> Saturday there will be 3 rounds of competition. The top 14 competitors will advance to the semis and the top 7 to finals on Sunday.</p> <p> All manuscripts for prepared events must be submitted to the League President complete with cover sheets and signatures by Feb. 22 (Debate Quals).</p>
