<p> This is the 2013 CBSR State Qualifying Tournament for Debate Events. Each school in the league may enter a maximum of 8 entries in any one event for a possible school maximum of 32 entries total. We are offering Policy Debate, Parlimentary Debate, Public Forum Debate and Lincoln-Douglas Debate. After entering your competitors, each coach must email the Tournament Director with a seeded list of your teams. This is needed for determining Protected/Unprotected status for the first round.</p>
