Richest Hill on Earth Regional Tournament November 9-10 at Butte High School

Standard 42 entries (four in each varsity event Two in the novice debates)

12 entries in speech and interp on a JV roster allowed.  Those should be added October 31 by 5pm. 

$5.00 fee per entry.  $10 for team events.  We will bill your school for the registration fees.

Initial registration due October 25 at 5pm.

Final registration due November 5 at 5pm.  Drops only after that deadline. 

Registration packets will be sent electronically on the evening of November 7.

Please notify us of all coaches who will be attending along with their tabbing preferences. Coaches who are not given tab assignments will be placed in the judge pool.

MHSA rules will apply. All events will be computer tabbed. Events will be self-timed. Please make sure all your students have their own timers.

Food and snacks for coaches provided

Full concessions for students--pizza, soup, and the usual fare. 

Jimmy Johns, Pork Chop Johns, and Staggering Ox are a block or two away.

Policy Debate: The United States federal government should substantially reduce its restrictions on legal immigration to the United States

PFD: Resolved: The United States should accede to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea without reservations.

LD: Resolved: In the United States, reporters ought to have the right to protect the identity of confidential sources.
