Information for Impromptu

For rounds 1 and 2 of impromptu, we are going to provide all competitors with the exact same topics. Competitors will need to prerecord their speeches and submit their recordings to Instructorwillwash@gmail.com via youtube or google drive. Competitors will follow the standard impromptu format by picking a topic then constructing a speech.
