Be sure to allow extra time for parking and getting settled in!</p> <p>2) Postings and directions will be made at the Convention Center</p> <p>3) All IE judges are committed to all IE outrounds.</p> <p>4) All Debate judges are considered clean for outrounds.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>SPECIAL NOTE: RE: Laptop usage in LD - due to a conflict with other governing rules, there was a major confusion over the use of electronic retrieval of information from prepared briefs for debate. I have made the decision to allow this, and we will work to codify more clear language in the future.</p>
