Below are the five questions you will ask each speaker. Because each speaker will receive the same questions, only one speaker at a time should be in the 8x8 room with you. Other speakers will wait in the waiting room until it is their turn. Please keep time; each speaker has a maximum of ten minutes to answer the five questions. Once the speaker reaches ten minutes, please politely conclude the interview. Thank you for judging this event!

3. What accomplishment are you most proud of?
4. What is a specific skill or competency related to this position you can improve at?
