<p>Welcome to the home page for the 2016 21st Annual BBQ Capital of the World Speech and Debate Tournament tournament hosted by Owensboro Community and Technical College (KY) on Nov 6-7, 2015 for College students.</p> <p>Fellow Forensicators:</p> <p>WE are an open tournament offering 14 individual events, IPDA, and NPDA debate.
